CEO / FOUNDER
Founder & CEO Sonny Palta started Affiliati in 2011, after graduating from The University of Miami. With a background in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Finance, he analyzed and saw an opportunity in the Performance Marketing sector to build a robust, service-oriented marketplace to help facilitate the relationship between Advertisers and Publishers. While Affiliati started as a bootstrapped, one-man shop - Mr. Palta’s sales ability & vision quickly led to scale and company position as one of the top Performance Marketing companies in the world. In it’s current evolution, Affiliati continues to be an industry leader by bringing new entrants to the world of Performance Marketing; Employ best-in-class custom technology to eliminate fraud & maximize LTV for clients; and launch internally owned & operated products. Mr. Palta focuses on the overall vision & execution of these core objectives, while leading the overall company’s trajectory: “I attribute 100% of our success to the amazing team we have at Affiliati. He enjoys Live Music, Sports, and is an aspiring amateur bocce ball player.
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Sean Falls began his professional career as a life insurance broker, which lead to a transition into owning his own insurance agency. Sean eventually left the insurance world to pursue his interests in the motorsports field, founding and operating a successful custom shop. After selling the motorsports business, he joined Affiliati in 2013, and began by sourcing and managing clients on all sides of the business, helping to spur the rapid growth of the company in the early years. In his next role as Vice President of Sales, Sean was tasked with taking Affiliati to the next level of revenue generation through hiring, training, as well as continuing the direct management of key clients. In his current role as Chief Revenue Officer, Sean has spent the last several years focused on high level growth initiatives for the company, with a strong focus on creating new revenue channels as well as firmly placing Affiliati as a tier one performance network in the marketplace. Sean has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drake University. Outside of work you’ll find Sean spending time with his son participating in their favorite hobbies of boating, snowmobiling, and spending time with their dogs.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. McClintock is an MBA with over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and technology. Mr. McClintock is recognized as a result oriented global executive experienced in driving financial performance through the application of meaningful performance matrices and established deliverables. Mr. McClintock exhibits a progressive career built on broad operational experience. A systems thinker with a deep project management background in start-up, turnaround, expansion, and consolidation business situations. Mr. McClintock has served as CEO, COO, CFO and Vice President of several successful and profitable telecom, technology/software, marketing, and professional services ventures in the United States. To each, measurable gains in revenues, profits, and market recognition were delivered during his tenure. Mr. McClintock’s leadership positions include serving as the CFO/COO and Board Member of Affiliati Network, in this role he was responsible for guiding the operational efficiency of the company in conjunction with the fiscal responsibility needed in a private equity environment. Additionally, as the CFO of Lingo Communications he was responsible for the realization of transaction synergies, deal structure and negotiation and due diligence. Mr. McClintock has obtained new financing for companies and has liquidated others. Mr. McClintock holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Lynchburg and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from La Salle University.
VP OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Sarah Graham started her career as an IT professional before crossing over to billing operations, product development, project management, and profitability assurance early in her career. Ms. Graham has over 25 years of experience in executive management in a variety of industries including telecommunications and publishing. As Vice President, she has guided companies through acquisition integrations and has specialized in industry relations. Ms. Graham has a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from the University of Southern Indiana with an emphasis on business. One of her proudest accomplishments is her work on the Oklahoma bombing case analyzing the call records between the bombers and their suppliers leading to her testifying in Oklahoma City. Outside of work, Ms. Graham enjoys the beauty of Santa Barbara with mountain hikes and beach walks with her family and dogs.
VP OF COMPLIANCE & SALES INTEGRATION
Julie Corippo is the Vice President of Compliance and Sales Integration at Affiliati Network. Over the last 8 years with Affiliati, Julie's focus has been management of offer builds, testing, and troubleshooting, in addition to external and internal compliance. Before moving to her current role, Julie previously was the VP of Technology at Affiliati Network and was responsible for all aspects of offer management including building offers and contract management. Before joining Affiliati Network, Julie had over a decade of experience implementing ERP systems in the manufacturing industry, including training clients, and technical support at IQMS. Previously she was a sales and account manager for both Axiohm Solutions and Medical Billing Technologies. Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California State University at Fresno.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT of SALES & MARKETING
As the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Affilliati Network, Mike manages the teams responsible for fueling growth, market entry and expansion, positioning, and ensuring a seamless and excellent customer experience. Mike has spent his entire career helping companies grow strategically, operationally, and from a talent-management perspective in professional services, manufacturing, and financial services. Select achievements include helping several start-ups grow organically and through acquisition, navigate acquisitions and integrations, and achieve successful exits. Mike excels at building sales, marketing, and organizational alignment to achieve meaningful and sustainable growth. Outside of work you’ll find Mike and his wife Danielle enjoying city life in Chicago, running, cycling, donating their time to worthy causes, and making sure Nina gets enough time at the dog park.
Virginia Tam serves as Affiliati Network’s Controller with more than 20 years of accounting experience. She oversees Accounting operation. Before joining the Affiliati Network team, she held management level positions at Impact Communications, TNCI and KPMG Consulting. Originally from Hong Kong, China, Virginia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College. Virginia and her family resides in Melrose, Massachusetts.
